Once again, Swiss takes what could have been a Generic picture, and turns it into pure awesome.

I particularly like the arched blur around the trees. Very nice! </Borat>

the things that Swiss did to make that photo awesome were:
1: It's not often I see a side profile of the "air at Flugplatz" theme. the picture is common, and not all that wonderful, but it is usually a frontal or rear shot. having a side profile shot makes the "feat" seem mroe awesome.
2: Upped the exposure. the GT4 photo's always come out around 2 'settings' darker on your computer. So, if you want a '+2' exposure, it needs to be set to +4 ingame.
3: He may have ticked the WB up 1 into the blue to bring out the car's colour. I don't know for sure.

The only thing i really don't like, is that the rear of the car is blurred. A full body focus would have nailed this competition for him. If he'd have turned up the aperture though, I think the background would have been in focus too, meaning that awesome blur would be semi-lost. As it stands, it's an excellent photo, and the competition has indeed greatly heated up, as always.

Sorry gents, but there isn't a preview size. Not on the right computer, and won't be for a while.

^ You don't have Paint? That's all I use.

FINAL ENTRY
(looks better at full size)

I just took an old shot out of my vault.

^ That's a great looking shot cyborg.:)👍

How about a riced-out prius?:p

Thanks tupac 👍
I hate you:ouch:
Even making the un-edited comp hard.

:D

:D trying to spice things up a bit.

1.its not often you see a side profile pic, yet the pic is common. :D
2. I did indeed up'd the exposure. actually to +5 i believe, I can't remember really.
3. The picture is "cooler" isnt it.

And for the life of me I couldnt quite get the whole car in focus, Any change completely through off the focus on the car and the background for some reason.

Thanks for the critique dude!! 👍 Pretty fun stuff. And thanks for the compliments.

btw Atlop your shot just screams action to me! Pretty awesome, great flow throughout the pic. Love it!

Swiss, you know that I meant. Pictures of cars getting air at Flugplatz are dime a dozen, but a side profile picture of that theme isn't exactly common.

NEW FINAL ENTRY

Nissan Motul Pitwork Z '04 Super GT Car at Suzuka Circuit

The Nissan Motul Pitwork Z at Suzuka was a much better attempt than my old 905 at Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway.

OLD FINAL ENTRY

I would suggest a more aggressive angle. I'm a big fan of the 905, so a shot featuring it was even on my list. I love the closeness of the shot, but perhaps a front-Quarter angle of the winning car being a wheel and inches ahead would work better?

Also: Exposure+WB is your friend. That's all swiss did to get his great shot.

That Skyline is a Nurburgring 24 Hours race car, not JGTC. Awesome shot though, my voting decision just keeps getting harder.

I've had that sitting unused in my gallery for...oh...over 8 months or so? Came in handy, for once. Infact, using the "Wasp" on tsukuba wet was my first ever photo-op.
