Ahh, yes a drifting competition, I'm definitely entering this one, nice choice Skython.

I'll see if I can come up with something good for this one, but I'm definitely entering. 👍

Great entry man!

Merry Christmas to you too, mate!

Final Entry

And Merry Christmas to all, or Happy Holidays if you prefer, and if you don't celebrate a holiday have a good December 25th.:)

Where are you guys finding this extra quality? I can honestly swear that the GT camera can't do these things without aftermarket editing. :odd:

Check in your options. You can choose the type of quality the pictures have.

Nice photo Grump! 👍

Thanks Crooooooow, I love drifting the 'bird.

Like SVX said, checkout your quality settings, I think it is superfine setting for highest quality. Also there are many little photography tricks to getting what you want, depending on the camera zoom, aperture, shutter speed, and where you set the focus. Play with these settings, until you get a good idea of how they react in respect to each other, and you can start figuring out how to control where and how to get the blur you want. You would be surprised at the quality of shots this six year old game is capable of.

It looks more like you're sliding coming in too fast to a turn. Where's the countersteer?

I was drifting. I just happened to capture the wheels in that position.

Nice shot of the 'vette Lucas.

Which brings me to a classification question/debate, is the 'vette considered a Muscle Car? or more of a Sports Car?

I know I am splitting hairs here, but I am really curious on other opinions on this topic. I thought of shooting the '63 'Vette Coupe, but figured because of it's higher production price, and two seats, would make it more of a sports car.

Food for thought:

I was actually thinking of doing a 'Vette, the sameone Lucas has. I checked with Skython beforehand to see, and it is allowed to enter.

does it have to be a classic muscle car? because I'd like to enter with a Mustang GT '05. yeah I know, it's not really powerful, but I like the looks of it

There are no regulations saying to use only the classics, so go ahead.

oh, sorry, i'll resize it and preview it. excuse me, I haven't done this before

EDIT: rules are edited in (I think).did I post it right now?

You have the larger image embedded in the preview, but the preview still exceeds the limit.

A rather weak entry this week.

Final Entry

Great capture!

I accidentally opened a debate.

I wasn't really paying attention to the first post, now that I think of it. I'm glad to hear it's legal to enter the 'Vette.

Me gusta. 👍 :)

I think I just made it legal to enter a Vette. I've always seen it as a muscle.
