Unable to play the game.

Hello, everyone, i have an issue with the game that occurred in 24 NOV and still happening today. In short, the game failed to check my "save data status with server" and crash afterwards as a result before the game's intro start.

However I tried to start GT SPORT on my other account and surprisingly the game worked fine. I checked streamers and YouTubers to see if people having any troubles playing the game or the servers are down. But it look like everything is fine. Except my case.

Does anyone have any explanation for my problem because I want to play Gran Turismo SPORT.

Your save file could have become corrupt. This is a pure guess on my behalf and it's the only thing I can think of which would last for such a period.

Hope you somehow get it sorted.
 
Sounds like something got screwed up with your save on the server side, although I haven't heard of other reports of this. Not sure if PD has a means to report this on their website, but you may be able to submit a trouble ticket for the issue.
