Hey guys, has anyone been able to get rid of the ghosts in rivals? I have ghosts set to off in my main options, yet there's always a ghost when I am in rivals mode.

Ya. I don't think there is a way. If you are looking to just get a set time choose an opponent that has a much faster or slower time than you so their ghost isnt screwing you over by blocking your view. Choosing a much slower opponent is the most effective at "ridding" yourself of the ghost, however you will not receive any credits or xp by beating a rival that is slower.
Thanks for the replies guys, hopefully it's something T10 will add as an option later on. I did have a pretty exciting finish earlier today when I knew my rival's ghost was right inside my car crossing the finish line, then I found out that I won and I started doing a little dance.. But mostly they just distract me.
