Unauthorised access??

Being the rather clever chap that I am I deleted my Japanese PSN account in a housekeeping exercise on my PS3.

I was extremly pleased with the results until atempting to fire up my Japanese version of GT5P and it will not load saying I no longer have authorised access.

Have I blown it?

An English language download wouldn't be a bad thing if I have but just thought I would ask!

Perhaps it has something to do with the recent PSN Store update? Just a thought.

It was not a blu-ray copy right? PSN downloads to my knowledge are tied to the PSN account, delete that account and you are effectively deleting the game. The same goes for xbox live downloads, they are all tied to the gamertag.
