I'm much older, but dont tend to use a mic cause its that old one that came with Warhawk years ago. It sucks and people think I'm using a voice changer. Didnt even know that existed.

That being said, I dont care how old you are as longs as your playing the game correctly, that and not screaming into the mic.

Punching the ENGINE?

I got pushed onto the concrete rumble strips which are each about 60cm high, bounced over the first, hit the second which broke 3 of the 4 engine mounts, put a hole larger than my fist in the gearbox, dumped all the oil out of the engine and bent the exhaust

Wow, I assume you weren't happy.
Is contact around?

It's ment to be non contact but to be honest the guy i was trying to get past is a complete arse and he turned in on me when the cars were side by side

He should have gotten a penalty of some sort.
At least you were alright...

I'm 14 and generally try to be a clean driver, I try not to overdo it though, although I do apologize for my mistakes if they affect someone elses lap. I don't think peoples maturity online should be judged as age though seen as I have been in lobby's with 30 years olds who can't drive to save their lives and 12 year olds who are actually very good drivers. Oh yeah and I don't have an X1 yet seen as i'm earning mine and will not use it excessively online when I do get one:D

It's a case of the few ruining it for the many, I'm 22 and from my FM experience <15 has usually been bothersome and cause trouble in rooms, its just easier to boot then deal with it, not saying all under 15 are bad..but you get then pre puberty voices..screaming into the mics using every obscenity in the book, the majority of us adults would just rather brush it off asap then risk dealing with it. Even when it comes to the people in that age group who aren't..intentionally annoying I remember in FM2 there was this kid who..basically stocked me and my buddy (we were fairly reputable drifters at the time) as we went in rooms like...every time we were on and it came a point of just taking him off our friendlist cause he wouldn't leave us alone.

I'm 17, haven't had any problems with this. Only say my age when people ask. As for what cars I use online, it's whatever I have fun driving. Recently, that's the Nissan R390 GT1 Race Car '98 :D

Don't use a mike, lie about your age, then drive like a pro...

Problem solved...

(mind you, if you can't figure that out for yourself, you might REALLY have a problem!)

And tell them your age afterwards just so you can hear them weep!:gtpflag:

At my age, I EXPECT to be beaten by those young whippersnappers!

I think the shame would be more on the kids, hearing a 55 year old tell them they just got served!

I use my bluetooth online, but also make use of its mute button; don't care about racers age' just that they drive clean as possible

I'm 14 but no one seems to care so I'm grand. If someone asks me my age I would say "I'm 14 but I drive clean" I do have an x1 but I hardly ever race it. It's just when people say I bet he doesn't have an x1. So I go out and show them my carbon one(nice looking by the way) go back to the pits and get my Lotus Elise.

The people online are a lot like Jeremy Clarkson. They think that power means everything and handling is pointless. Somehow I've beat veyrons with a Dodge Viper on SSR7 because they were rubbish.

I'm 14. The trick (for me, anyways) is to write (on the messages thing) like you're supposed to (e.g. no textspeak). That way, they won't know your age. Another thing is not to use overpowered cars like the X2010.

I'm almost 13, but don't have a mic and drive pretty well. Nobody knows.

12, and I handed two guys who insulted me AND GTP with my #48. They kept calling me the N word and saying I had a 🤬 in my mouth, but I beat them. They tried to wreck me but they didn't succeed. I feel honored. :)

I never state my age online (irrelevant but I'm 22) especially after a few kids (one of which sounded as old as me) pummelled the hell out of my 300C after I smoked their X2010s.

However people my age are worse than those 10 years younger than me...was doing races in my Z28 Camaro RM with a few scouse guys who I guessed were the same age (they all had 88 in their names..) whenever I went to pass, their JGTCs would punt me off the track.

I host races every night and all are welcome, as long as they drive clean and respect others in the lobby.

I only mute younger players if their voices are breaking my ear drums and only kick people for the following:

Driving Dirty, Abusing players, Need space for friends, Connection Issue and causing lag for others
