I've been in similar situations, including one I posted about here, and it never ends good. Chances are you may start to like her too, and that's when bad things happen. You'll be left empty, overpassing so many other chances that could've worked, it's just not a great place to be. Don't forget she has a current boyfriend, if she breaks up with him and starts going out with you right after, you will have to watch your windows every time you come home from school.
