Has anyone seen it yet? I just got back. Pretty good movie, if your into the whole mythogical sort of thing. I must say vampires have some strange attraction. The class, the clothes, the violent and malicious blood baths are a good combo. I would give it a four out of five stars.

I saw the third show on opening night; it made me rethink how good Blade was. It's like what every vampire movie to this point was trying to do. It had a simple, oldschool (I hate that word) plot, a Maserati 3200GT, and greusome fight sequences. I don't know why critics hated it. They must have been middle-aged or testosteronally-challenged.

Joey, it was awsome, wasn't it? It gave you enough background knowledge and info about the vampires and lichens (sp?) instead of just constant bloody fights. I'm glad it didn't go into the love story too much. Just enough.

SS69, understandable. I would recommend you see something else... I heard Cabin Fever blew too, so maybe not that one. Try... uhh... Stuff.
 
well ill probably go see it and ill probably like it. i mean after all i loved jason x and fressy vs jason. its just far fetched. and thats how i like it :cool:

Oh yes. Yes it did.
I went to see it and left for Matchstick Men (which wasn't that great, either) after the first ten minutes. Aside from a minor pr0n sequence, it was exactly like all the other "scary" teen movies you'll never want to see. Stay away. It sucks.
 
SS69, Jason X?! No offense, but that was probably the worst movie I've ever seen. The only good part was where he put one of the campers into the sleeping bag and started hitting the other with her.

Joey, my friend said it reminded him a bit of Dreamcatcher, but was way worse. That suprising, I would of thought Matchstick Men to be a good movie.
 
I never saw Dreamcatcher, for some weird reason I can't recall, so I can't vouch for that. But Matchsitck Men wasn't terrible; it just wasn't great. It was entertaining, yes. It has a cool plot twist, and it's interesting to watch. Nicolas Cage does a great characterization of obsessive compulsive behavior, and his "daughter" was...uh...hot. Yeah.
It wasn't bad, and I didn't really make any expectations for it to meet, so by all means, go see it yourself.
 
I so want to go see Underworld. I'm completely in love with Kate Beckinsale! :drool: I'm a real movie nut too & I haven't seen this one yet. One of my best friends is in jail, but he's getting out on the 30th. He told me to wait for him before I go see this movie. I'm having a hard time waiting. :banghead:
 
lol, whats the big deal? Its a movie. Its not as big of a deal as you driving and him getting arrested. What the hell were you kids doing?
 
I didn't get him arrested! It was his warrant. I was leaving a parking lot, & was almost hit broadside by a cop! He almost hit me! Then he has the balls to pull me over for it. :banghead: My buddy had a warrant, & off he goes. Like I said, he gets out tommorow. So it's really no big deal for me to wait for him.
 
Okay, I never felt very guilty about him being thrown in. It wasn't my fault. So, I said the first one as a joke. But I never said that I was the one who got him thrown in. So, I didn't contradict myself with the second one. Get it?
 
I must've not picked up on the joke. The internet provides for no voice inflection, you know. Oh well.
 
Since I saw that they are making a new... :gasp: sequel, I though I'd revive this thread! I absolutely loved the original it was great! Plus it has Kate Beckinsale!

Kate Beckinsale is so beautiful, I didn't think it was possible for her to look so average as she did in the "Underworld".......
 
I... r... speechless... PX200s OWN everything once again...

I just saw the Underworld DVD I just got and listen with my Senns PX200s and well I think I've instantly got my dose of F.E.A.R. if you know what I mean. :scared: OMFG did they OWN! I didn't think this movie was scary at all but this time with deez bad ass cans I'm afraid they've kicked my ass. :scared: It's about 5:30a.m. and well there's no way in HELL I'm going to sleep anytime soon. All I can say is...

Oh and the DVD kicked ****ing ass! :bowdown: it's the unrated version too. :sly:

Must watch action scenes AGAIN! :dopey:

Must see Underworld Evolutions!!
