Undocumented updates of Spec II

This is a thread for undocumented updates of the newest update, the Spec II.

Here's what I spotted:
- Bigger starting menu icons
- Added a Downloadable content icon to the starting menu
- Faster loadspeeds
- 3 tuning settings for 1 car.
- Updated layout @ tuning menu

Also the news (The square coloured as blue with the white i) button at GT Life.

They actually did say that they were going to add the tuning sheets and promised faster load times, but they didn't say any thing about the others
