Delete your game data, then start game so it re-installs upto patch 2.11 then cancle the 2.12 patch.
(Note this takes a long time 40 mins - 3 hours depending on your connection speed)
Also deleting game data means you will lose all user created tracks, and replays (I think) and the Thumnails in the garage go blank so you have to update them again, and you we have to re-install any DLC you bought (you dont have to pay for it again just re-install it)
