if you'll notice there is no aircraft on hte carrier, meaning its more than likely a test run on a new carrier. they all have to tested on every possible scenario, this looks like the like a full throttle turn into the wind for aircraft take off ( cuz in order to launch any aircraft the carrier has to be into the wind)
