Universal safety car lights

It would be pretty cool if safety car emergency lights were universal for most vehicles. It would make some vehicles look great, especially vehicles with emergency liveries made by others. It also makes more sense since the safety cars cost more than the original yet have almost the same stats every time. It would be cool to see more emergency vehicle varieties in roleplays, especially if it's a vehicle they'd love to use as an emergency vehicle instead of a civilian vehicle or a race vehicle or something. It solves the problem of buying the same vehicle twice and also makes emergency liveries that others make usable. It would pay less to pick the lightbar you want and buy it instead of picking a whole new vehicle with the lighting you want.

Of course, they will be bought for vehicles, so if you're not into safety vehicles, you can just ignore it, but I thought it'd be good for roleplayers like me and people that likes the safety cars, or for people who wanna make a safety car of some sort.
