Collect enough stars I think. The locked events usually have a star and a number in the corner - that's how many stars at that level you need to acquire to unlock those events.
But wait - if you meant the GT500 and 600PP Touring Car championships then you need to complete the GT300 and 500PP Touring Car championships first.
Ah ok they made this a mystery series thanks btw where is the Huarya? Had to search around with blind luck well not realy blind as I could see it was a 69 Camaro in a race I did American flag searching to find the red devel. I don't know where to look for the Huarya.
