update 1.05 - Ensure you follow the AUP when posting

Man the update allowed me to use the 24 hour Nurburgring circuit and the dynamic lighting and time cycle is amazing!

My BTR looks sweet going around it - and it's getting damaged from all my off road excursions :D
 
If only there was an option to turn off the car delivery animation.

Went through last night and completed the Professional league as I've been B-Speccing a lot recently.

Ended up with 9 gift cars queued up. Oh the misery...

+1. Agree. Its everybody's own business how to enjoy the game by completing it yourself or by glitching/hacking/other saves using.

Confirmed so far:

- Online Collector's Dealership added to GT Life My Home
- Seasonal Events added to GT Life My Home
- Game Data can now be saved to USB and also copied to another account on same PS3 <- GTP tag dilemma SOLVED
- HUD can now be completely removed in a race and practice (Display All/Hide instruments/Off) <- available for adjustment from pause menu
- Mechanical Damage now available in Arcade Mode (Light/Heavy)
- Select User BGM for MENU (I believe this is new)
- Mercedes 190 E Evo / Mercedes CLK GTR prize cars for AMG driving school

EDIT: You can copy to another PS3 account, but apparently it is still not accessible. :(

I can confirm this.

other changes...

B-spec suzuka 1000km now awards 125000 cr.
B-spec indy 500 now awards 89000 cr.
Ive been through a lot of the bspec races, all the credit awards have been bumped up! 117000 for american championship at indy!

Button for restarting the replay appears when replay is paused. No lap skipping.

I have everything against "free" save-file.

You have to go back to 2008 to find a game that has a true "unlocked" save file. Ever since trophies, you can't use someone else's saves anymore... And in some rare cases you can, but it prevents you from earning trophies with it.

In GT5's case, the save is 100% locked. You can make a backup of it, but you cannot use it with another user.
 
You can now restart a race directly after quitting it (without having to load the event again).

Confirmed for B-sec at least.
 
Can't really confirm this but it seems to me that Bob(b-spec) is driving alot better in daytona(pickup race) then before. I can't confirm this is beacuse my bob has gained 3 levels (8-11) from the last try.

Hehe yeah I was thinking the same thing. It even plays your playlist in the pre-race screens now as well. I haven't gone to GT Auto etc. yet to check. But listening to my OWN QOTSA in the pre-race screen as I free run to check the new HUD settings.(I don't race with music the engines play the songs)👍

Edit:The new HUD options can be accessed from the Pause screen during a race.

Off is NO data at all including lap, time and course map.
Hide Instruments just leaves the course map, lap and time(at least in free run I still expect that the AI list will be intruding in regular races)

Is there a new Seasonal event section? From what I'm reading on here, you also get more credits for wins to for B-Spec for which may apply to A-Spec, so that should also help as I've yet to the Expert, Extreme or Endurance races, and most of B-Spec events including Amateur onwards. This should give me enough cash to buy the cars I want, probably still need to grind for cash but levelling should hopefully be fixed. Maybe the online modes will give Exp now too on in the future.
 
Has anyone else noticed you can now repeat race events without having to exit out and then go back in. Soon as you've finished you can hit restart to do it straight away again.

Can't find Bugatti in the New Car Dealership. Doubt it was upgraded. My Veyron in the garage is still standard.
 
I think A-spec and b-spec credits may be the same for every event... unless this is how it was before and I did not notice... :P

some people say, you get 24/4h endurance layout for intermediate amg.

I got those 2 weeks ago for golding intermediate... So i think it is not in the update, unless you get it now for silvering it, or bronze?
