Update on file that is giving me trouble.

So I did a search and finally found the file but it wont delete. It is C/windows/pchealth/helpctr/datacoll/collecteddata_2144. The windows search finds the file but its not in the folder. Anyone know what to do?

It could be a hidden file.

1. Open the folder
2. Go to Tools>Folder Options
3. Select View tab
4. Choose Show Hidden Files and Folders

Make sure that it's really the file you want to delete. You don't want to make a mistake of deleting an important file.

Negative, its not a hidden file. It is an XML document if that helps.
