You don't upload to there. You just copy and past the link it gives you using the tags. If you're using your browser, just click the "Insert picture" button and put the link of the picture in it. That's it.
If you did it right, it will look something like this in the reply box:
[ IMG]https://www.gtplanet.net[ /IMG]
The URL will be whatever your picture is.
