first is a clock, dont know what the number is telling me

then percen tage, looks like raindrops, i am racing the 24 minute Nurburgring so maybe that is the amount of raid

then checkered flag with a time

i am not sure what these mean

The number next to the the raindrop is the prevent of water on the racing line. The checkered flag time is time left in the race.

The percentage is the amount of rain on the track surface and the countdown shows how long there's left until you've raced for 24 minutes.

Edit: tree'd. :p

0% = No water on the track, 100% the track is very wet.

PS: Be sure to equip rain tires on the pits when it starts to rain.

It is the percentage of coverage of the track. In GT5 you'd want intermediate rain tires at about 40% or more. Then the full on rain tires at about 70%. If I'm remembering correctly. So far in GT6 I have not changed tires other than in one race and I used the same Racing Medium tires as I started the race with. I've used the Rocket in a couple. I have not tried the 24 minute races yet though and so far the rain has peaked at about 24% or so. It may be raining hard, but not much on the track in 2 laps. Then it quits and the track dries out in 1/2 a lap (15 minute races I think).

You don't need to change to wets in carrer mode. When grip reduction is set to real, switch to inters at around 30%, and to wets at about 73%.

I just did the entire race on sports tyres. Couldn't bother to fiddle around with rain and intermediates when the amount of water on the track changes to fast and the pits are so far away (24 Minutes of Nürburgring).
