Uppercase Names?

I really want to know why they use uppercase letters for some of the cars. For example, Honda INTEGRA TYPE R (DC2) '99, or Toyota COROLLA Rally Car '98. I'm really confused. Anyone have an answer?

It's the same way with color chips. Some have all caps and others don't. Luckily, lower case or upper case letters don't affect gameplay.
