USB Microphone on GT6

Does anyone know if you can use a USB stand alone Mic on GT6 ? If so how would you set it up / test it.

If your PS3 recognises your mic and it has worked on other games it should work 👍
To get the mic set up I would guess you plug it in see if it working by checking settings on your PS3's XMB menu. (accessory settings I think) Good luck with the mic!

Yep the XMB does recognize it but is there a way to test it in GT6 ? Does a symbol flash or light up and will you hear yourself through the game or is it just other players that hear you? To test it out is the only way go into an online lobby and see if anyone responds when you speak ...

You could create a private lobby if you would not like anyone else to hear you, either way when you're in a lobby I'm pretty sure you'll see a speaker or mic icon next to your name. I'm not really sure since my internet is so bad I can't even go online.
