ok. i searched but couldnt find a definitive answer. i didnt know about the black list cars until now and my game is at day 1000 already. so the cars that are only available at days 694-700 are already gone. BUT.....does it come back around again? for instance in this case would it come back around at days 1388-1400 or am i just screwed?

Your screwed. The black cars come around only once. So if you've missed them then youve missed them for good.

No, they'll come back. At day 701 the list starts again. Famine made an entire Excel spreadsheet of the PAL use cars, i'll try and find it.
