Made the same post for Gran Turismo 1... My question is still the same...:"Are the Used Car Cycles are virtually the same per region? I mean, some car names changes, but also the listing (place, missing/replaced cars, ecc...) is different?"
The cycles differ in terms of cars available per 10-day period. Note the differences, for example, between the US and EU versions of the game. They go beyond car labels and region locks.
