Usef car lot gets updated?

I wonder if after updates or just randomly used car lot is getting expanded? Has it been the same since 2010?

The UCD updates with every "game day". A game day goes by when you get to the start screen at a race. Now I'm just going to wait for Famine to give a better answer

I know it gets updated with every game day. Ive been playing for a month now I have 120 cars and I often use b license trick to update car lot faster.

What I mean is do they add new models and random cars with each update?

No.

v1.06 changed the UCD rotation as well as expanding the colour/mileage range.
As far as I know, no new cars have been added and it hasn't changed since then.
