+ Usernames

Just a quick question about some users have a + next to their Username in the "Who's online" section at the bottom of the Index page.

E.G.

"Who's online:
interludes, InvincibleM5+, J-PaP, J.Luca, Jackington, Jarmo, JarreauGTP, jh001, Jim Prower+, jimbrav,

Just wondering what it if for.
