Using other languages

Hello there gents,quick question can't we use other languages when communicating via Visitor or private Messages?

We try to be as inclusive as we can and that means a common language - use languages people don't understand and you shut them out.

Moreover, the staff are smart but we're not universally gifted in all languages. We cannot moderate messages for which we have no idea of the content.
