Vanishing car icons

I have two PS3's in the house, one for the kids upstairs and one for us bigger kids downstairs. If I have to use the upstairs one (or vice versa), I copy my save game to a USB stick and upload it to the other machine. This overwrites the previous savegame which is ok but when I go to the garage some icons are missing (at the moment five have gone), and also car icons get switched around ie. the Kart is switched with the Demio.

Any ideas?

in the garagae, highlight the car missing the pic, hit the triangle, select "generate thumbnail". all fixed!!
