Various Problems

I am having all sorts of problems when I post here. Fortunately none affect the actual post appearing. Various problems:

Post Reply... get "The page cannot be displayed" message
Post Reply... get "Flood Control" message (having only pressed the "Submit Reply" button once

and when I tried to look for a similar problem in this section it told me I couldn't do another search for 10 seconds (I hadn't even had results from the first!!).

Any thoughts?
 
Try clearing your cache. I've forgotten where it's in if your using IE.

I haven't used Internet Explorer for over 3 months, don't feel like breaking that record. :p

Make sure you only press submit once when posting. The flood control thing will stop you if you try to make a post with similar content, one right after another. The 10 second search thing is a feature of the search. All of us get it, you will just have to wait 10 seconds.

Like they said, only press the Submit button once. I would also be curious to know what browser you are using.
 
How would browser affect it? If the submit button is pressed more than once it will give that error to anybody and if you try to search within 10 seconds of your last search anybody gets that error as well.
