VCRC Volvo Estate Wagon Race Event *Congrats to carracerptp & chuyler1

I'm going to shoot for a late lunch on the 28th so that I can join in on the fun. I expect I'll be able to make the early event only.

I've been a fan of station wagons in the GT series for a long time, with a particular fondness for the Mitsubishi Legnum. This will be a good time. I'm only a little bummed that I'll only be able to compete in the first few races due to work... but I wouldn't miss it, anyhow.
 
I will have to dig out my Ovlov for this. It's currently beige, so it shall be re-sprayed sensibly or garishly. Undecided. I need to double check that I've not done weight reduction etc on it.

Tentative for Wednesday early

Zorrin / DitQuois / French Blue with Chilli Red - truly vulgar!

PS: ****ing love it chrome with green wheels. It's so disgusting yet simply so beautiful at the same time.

For fun I ran the customisable suspension. +60 rear and dropped the front as much as possible!

Well, I don't even know longbowX ... And mine aren't the most spectacular ever.
I just try to make them look interesting.
But I can only spend so much time fussing taking photomodes before I get the hairy eyeball. :lol:

Some months ago, someone on the forum told me he had a real one... And that the real one is not as heavy as the one in the game.

This should be OKAY. By my estimate, you would miss Race #2 at Deep Forest. I think RGO will be acceptable since it's flat points based on race participants, and you will not get points for the race you skip, which would not make you advantaged, after all.

Yes, i tried one on last night first time it sure felt heavy. You just have to keep it running don't brake :drool:
 
I just sent SSXRid3R one I found in the UCD - rather high mileage I'm afraid, but no higher than my own.
If I come across another, I'll let you know.
 
So glad this race is tomorrow... Can't wait to get this beater out on the track against some competition! :sly:
