You must have something wrong with your pen tool. It's always smooth, that's why it's vector, I suggest that when you save it, save as .jpg set to 9 or 10 quality, and don't let anything besides photoshop change the image size.

What that's saying is that i'm starting to get sick of everyone and their mother (as my brother and sister would say) doing these vectorized cars. It's getting dull to me.

I'm sick of them too, but I just want to make one so I can learn some vector techniques. In fact, I'm re-doing that RX8 in Illustrator now. The lines are still aliased a bit though.
