Get Vice City. I have more than 2,000 hours of playing on it. Still not tired of it, though.

Yup, GTA 3's storyline felt empty because there were so few instances with dialogue - most missions were simply Claude getting to his mission giver, who then gives him short instructions and that's that. The later games were completely different.

Yup, it's all "run here, kill these guys, then dirve back and kill these guys, then protect this guy and mission complete. Sometimes not even that complex.

I've got it all lined up for tomorrow.

Espresso 2 Go next, I hear this mission is hard. Bait just gave me a bit of a hard time, only got about 4 or 5 missions left in GTA III's story. I FLEW by this game, so easy.

Definitely it's hard, but you can make it easier by searching for all the stalls first before destroying any of them, they appear on the radar even if you don't go that close, and once they appear, they don't go away unless destroyed. The time limit doesn't start until you destroy the first one. (solution in white in case you want to figure it out yourself first)

Tried that. I've done that mission like 8 times so far, but then gave up for the day. I'm going to have a go at it again later though. I kind of want to beat it tonight so I can start right up on Vice City tomorrow. After that I'm getting LCS and VCS, if I can find anyone that has them for sale. Don't really want to buy them online. Might head to one of my gamestores in town to see if they have any copies of them, and have my dad run in and pick them up if he gets a chance since I'm only 16.

EDIT: Just beat Espresso 2 Go on my first try of the day, haven't done it since yesterday. I was squeeming for time last few runs, and today I had about a minute on the clock. My heart was pounding and I was sweating badly haha. Im still a bit shaken up, but that's what I love about GTA, the thrills and feelings you get after sucessfully comlpeting a tough mission. Feels good, man. S.A.M. next, which I hear is also a B**CH. After that, the 2 final missions and GTA III's story will be complete for me. I want to get it done tonight so I can start right up on Vice City tomorrow.

EDIT: Beat S.A.M. second time around, failed the first time as I missed the plane and it got away. Headed towards my third time doing The Exchange, so far it's pretty tough, but would be easier if the controls weren't so clunky. Who cares, I've played harder games. It's bad when your trying to hold off a bunch of gang members, rescue someone and get shot at by missles at the same time. Thank god the cops aren't involved.

EDIT: Just beat GTA III. Overall, I think it was a pretty easy game up until the last few missions, but even then I breezed through them. I think San Andreas was much, MUCH harder. GTA III was pretty laid back in terms of difficulty. The only mission that made me pull my hair out was Espresso 2 Go and I had the beat within 8 tries. Good game but I think the clunky controls and lack of a 360 degree camera sucks lol. I love that sense of accomplishment you get when you beat a game, specifically GTA. YAY, I beat it, but, noooo now I have nothing else to do tonight. Oh well. Lets hope my bud brings me Vice City tomorrow so I can start that the second I get home. GTA III, definitely a game worth playing. I'm glad I didn't give up on it.

Oh yes. The PS2 emulation doesn't support roughly 5-10 games. At the time I had purchased my PS3 I owned two of the games (GTA Vice City and 2006 FIFA World Cup) so I had to get rid of them.

Long story short, GTA:VC cannot be played on the PS3.

...I'm playing it on a PS2, not my PS3. The 160gb model doesn't support PS2 emulation. The disc is scratched beyond belief. I asked to trade it back with him but I'm just getting The Godfather off him again if it's not scratched either.

Ah. My PS3 80 GB does support PS2 Emulation. I suggest buying Vice City from a store not second hand from a friend, but that's just me.

I wanted to but I'm underage for that, unless with a guardian in a store, and no one wants to take me. I was going to buy it online but my dad wouldn't get off his butt to run his paypal through.

Ah I see. I got Vice City as a gift from my brother when I was 16 (almost 8 years ago) and San Andreas didn't come out til after I turned 17 (and I have the version I can't resell to a store) so I haven't had to worry about that.

Lucky you. I have both versions, new and original. Makes me mad this game don't work, I really wanted to play it. Oh well, I'll get it someday. Getting Episodes from Liberty City for free soon though.

EFLC is fun. I got 100% on TLAD and 80% on TBOGT (trophy wise for each). TLAD is good but I have grown significantly on TBOGT due to the tank and almost crazy highroller gameplay.

When I get the game on disc, is there anyway I can just DL it to my system from PSN or what? I don't want to have to change discs everytime I want to play GTA IV to those.

Its only one disc for both games and frankly its not a huge issue.

I know that, I mean between GTA IV and the Episodes disc. 2 different discs, basically one is DLC and one is the actual GTA.

Eh, not a big deal like I said. I own both the DLC disc and the regular game disc.

No problem I guess. Just upset Vice City didn't work. Ah well, my birthday is in 2 months. I'll be 17 then so 1 more year before I'm 18.
