I have connected my ps2 with the comp now. Wich programme do I need, to see my ps2 screen ?

I hooked up my PS2 on my PC as well and I use the software included with my TV-card (Pinnacle PCTV Pro)
I suggest you do the same!

There're cheaper cards... but or you've to wait or you've to buy a cheap one!!
But graphics are less good!!

tv out is s-video connecter so u can use ur computer on a tv

That's correct. TV-Out is for using your TV as a monitor. TV-In is for capturing stuff from TV to your computer.
