Video Downloads?

I am having trouble downloading videos from the video section for GT4, i can get to the file i want, but when i click the 'Download' link it just does a loop back to the same page. i'm guessing that this area isn't complete yet, but just thought i'd let you know.

The downloads page is still under construction... I brought this up with Jordan a few weeks back... Rest assured, he is working on it...

I thought it was a coockie problem.
I tried to log out and log in for a couple of times, but it still said that i don't have the rights to download the videos.
Now i know why :)
 
Just to let you know, downloads should be available to all once again. :)
 
What kind of error message do you get? Please make sure that you are checking the "Remember Me?" box when you log in to your account here in the forums.
 
Does this occur with every video you try to download?
 
OK, well, I'm going to do a little test here. Visit our homepage, and be sure to refresh it once you're there. Do you see any "Latest News" posts below the red bar?

oh, and the news on the front page works fine.

Hi Jordan,
I was about to report this and found this thread. Ive got exactly the same problem (using MSIE 6.0 with XP service pack 2 installed).
I'm logged in, selected your homepage link, refreshed and get the same msg. I'm using default browser (no lite version or so)

I've experienced this several days now.
I tried to select the link GT4 Videos, Vudas licence test and Ideal racing line Nurburgring.
It's not a major issue for me but hope to see a fix one of these weeks!

hmm... it does seem to be account related.
I tried it from work and university... all 3 have the same issue.
 
Same thing here. I see this page:



The entire page is the blue color, with this white box in the center.

I tried refreshing, and I tried clearing my local IE cache, still get this.
 
I can download videos from the videos link on the side of the home page,but the links in the articles on the front page is where I get the error massage
 
OK, wow, I wish I knew about this a while ago - it would have saved me a lot of headaches! Everyone, please download the videos from https://www.gtplanet.net/downloads until I can fix the links on the homepage.
 
sorry Jordan I just found out the other day while messing around looking for gran driftismo in the gt3 videos then I went to the gt4 videos and saw the ring perfect line video clicked it and it went.
 
try downloading videos from the video gallery on the left side of the home page.You'll have to look harder but the videos are all there.
