Video into animated gif?

If this is possible, can someone do it for me? I have a part from 2 videos i want made into a gif for my avatar.

just get urself Adobe premier 5 or above and load your video in and then export it to an animated gif easy peasy.

How Not To Drift (courtesy of the idiot in the Fwd corolla)

Things I have to figure out are...

1. Keeping the file size down but quality up (I think # of frames, frame rate and color Palatte make a difference)
2. Video layout (wide screen vs. 4:3) I wanted to use the dodgeball trailer I had too
3. Video editing (I suppose)

This animation stuff is great, may help out a lot for I.D. too! 👍

I have 2 videos i want sections out of, maybe 10 seconds each. Ill get back to you guys on that

My avatar is great example, best thing to do is too get an editing tool like SPRITE said like ADOBE PREMIERE and then export as a image sequence and then compress all the images into a gif.
