Beautiful , smooth Lap there veilsidebr . In arcade , ifn you can't adjust gears/downforce , onlie
power/weight then Mashing that accelerator and keeping third as the bottombin is certainly going to Force you to take the road on . Damn , i needs a goddamn WHEEL. That was simply Inspirational . Yours & Vuda's S-16 are pushing the envelope of consistency !!! Well Done.

wow very thank you for the comment! :sly:

The F1 car in arcade mode is surely a beast, and also faster than the minolta itself. I have to put myself into some more runs and try to get a 4'40 laptime in the F1 car at nurburgring on arcade mode, as i know it is possible, and maybe even a 4'39 after some good mileage. In GT mode you can´t do much as the car is not that much powered, but you can drive sweet laps yet. 👍 ;)

Well, you're welcome and thanks for explaining your technique. And no, I don't have that kind of style. Never actually thought of even trying it. It would just mess me up. I was able to get the Bentley Speed 8 around in 5:21, but that was it. My best with the Minolta was 5:23, so nothing short of a miracle will lower my times to any degree.

The arcade LMP cars are far more stable than my Sim LMPs. Maybe because the arcade vehicles have less HP or their suspensions are tuned better. I can keep the arcade LMPs on course easily enough, but nowhere in my dreams can I run corners at nearly full throttle. That would require spot on control and I don't have those kind of reflexes at my age (late fifties). It doesn't matter. I'll just putter around with the rest of the slowpokes.

I wish you success in getting that F1 car around the Nurb faster than the Minolta. That long back straight won't be kind to the F1 car but I guess you could make it up in the corners. And just be sure to post that video up. Keep up the good work.

Thank you!

Very nice tho that you are going so fast with 50´s! :sly: That´s a great example for some old drivers to follow. 👍

Now i retired from GT, about a month ago, then i will not be trying anymore with the F1 car. I think its enough for me, im happy with my S16 and IA15 times aswell as for the minolta´s lap, even tho i can extract about 2 seconds from the minolta lap yet, but that´s ok. Now im just for pc games. :sly:

But that surely doesn´t make me be out of gtplanet. :sly:
