OK, I Just bought something called Dazzle* Digital Video Creator 80.

It has S Video Input, Video Input, L. Audio and R. Audio on it and plugs into the USB Port.

Does anyone know/maybe know how to do it or help me record the stuff from my PS2 onto it?

I'm willing to bet the manual has that in there somewhere... ;) :p

Plug it in to the USB, install any software that came with it, then Plug the PS2 directly into the Dazzle. From there on in, it should be a cakewalk... :)

Already did that, still tryin to figure out how come the dumb thing wont capture the video.

I have everything plugged in and installed with the program open and my PS2 running but still no viewable preview of what is happening with my PS2.

Double-check your settings and drivers.

Use the bundled software...whatever it is.
Check OS compatibility.
Go the Dazzles' website and see if they have a troubleshooting section.
Make sure your input and outputs are correct? Power plugged in? etc etc.

It might be PS2. I believe you have to configure what output you use

That is true for the Audio (Digital vs. Analog) but that is not the case for the video output...

I tried the USB Dazzle 80..... Heck I used it to capture the Escudo Flip, but was so dissapointed with the capture quality that I returned it. Anyhow....Have you gone though all the trouble shooting tecniques specified in the manual? What OS are you running? How much Ram? What Processor? Have you tried Tech Support? Is the product defective?

I had no problems running....Win 98 OS. Installed quickly, and painlessly.

Good Luck

Havent Gone Through That TroubleShooting Stuff.

Everything Is Installed Fine And IM Using Windows 98 OS.

I Cant Figure Out How To Get The PS2 Video To Come Up On The Monitor When I Open Up Dazzle.

Have you started the "Capture" process? I believe that your just One click away from success....

I know exactly what your problem is...

What you need to do it... Oh wait, You Signature is telling me to F%@& Off, so I guess I should leave...
