Bro if this is the Grid as it appears in the OP from top ->down Dont you think its better this way ? :

4th vs. 5th
3rd vs. 6th
2nd vs. 7th

This way every pair of the person's who are closer to each others level of performance have an almost equal shot towards the final battle if each wins all of his battles.
i.e: 1st & 2nd have a way towards the final, same for 8th & 7th, 4th & 3rd, 5th & 6th.

This Really Sucks because ive been waiting for this for the longest and when it does open up. I wont be able to make it because of school. This really blows hard 🤬

Why cant you do it? Practice when you can on the weekends, and qualifying is on Saturdays and the Main events are on Sundays. Shouldnt interfer with school at all.

im fired up about this. see epicness in near future! just wish gt5 had view out side windows without mulitmonitor so we could be door to door without being blind. thats my only problem with gt5 compared to real life.

Mine too, I know i could get closer to the door on the game, but I cant see and I'm too afraid to make contact. Wish I could play on other cams besides hood.
 
i cant use the whole car in the screen, seems like a game more then and not realistic, because im always reacting instead of being proactive in that view.
i use hood cam, just wish it would rotate from right to left following the track instead of the car.

Only if the PS eye worked online rather than arcade mode. That would def help us
 
I wanna create a Pro-Series to you can move onto from Pro-Am but I dont know how to make it. :(
 
u can do it real similar to the proams, but the top 8 of the year get to use cars up to 100-120k and privateers are limited to 60k or something and do both unlimited mods.
then maybe have pros capped at 650hp and privateers at 600hp or something.

Thats what I was thinking, but dont know how many people would show up for pro-am after the top 8 moved on. But the pro series would be the big cars such as the Vette, Viper, etc. Cause we all know they will be used.

Watching Formula Drift on TV the other day, I notced them do it and understood it more.

Im still trying to figure out how the judging will work, due to me wanting to partake in these events.

You should put 'judges wanted, contact via PM' in the title and see if you get any interest.
 
I thinking If we can do everyone judge like i do in the mini comps, maybe it could be a success in VDC.

Qualfying day me and alex judge for top 8, then on main event day everyone judges majority takes it.

I think that could cause a lot of controversy. We can't even trust people with budgets let alone voting power. People can and will fix runs by tactically voting, plus its rather un FD like.

That is true, but unless we get 3 judges that are well known for fair judging and will be there for sure I have no other choice.

Just put out a request for 5 judges. 3 primary, 2 back up. Only take on reputable people and get their contact details so they can inform you of absence etc. and a reserve can be contacted immediately, if not all available judges are to participate as apposed to the initial 3 primaries.
