And another thing... GT5 is letting us see burnouts online >.>... more smoke... i thought it would be cool but its nuts... I couldnt hardly see :D (Not with gauz but with Rebyl's drift lesson sesh) Oh and Guaz... i never got the footage so we gotta do some more runs XD

(mwahahaha) must I tell you that I smoke out every start when I drift? good luck everyone behind me, I'm a heavy smoker!
 
What's with all the txtspk and lack of punctuation in the last few pages? Let's not get lazy people ;)
 
Track map going up now. Along with clipping points. Its fairly easy so should be a good battle to make top 16!! 👍
 
I havent tried out this section yet, looks pretty good :D
 
This section is faster! Much smoother. Kinda easy but never been done before I'm a competition that I know of.
 
Haven't tried drifting this properly before in a sence with one of my drift cars and clipping points etc although nearly always drift it alittle abit during races when I'm abit ahead and its very flowing :)


I'll be going on there in a few minutes for a while if anybody else is practicing.

I was but got off at little after ten.
 
This section is actually better in reverse... Long straight-away for speed match and high speed entry... Just my two-cents...

It's still a very good section!

Thanks for the new track Spank.The Tsukuba layout was alright but this layout looks nicer in terms of how much speed we can put into the turn

Just abit, lol.

The left hander over the crest is very awkward to get the hang of but the last corner is awesome!

Are we doing a wall clipping point on the middle of the last double apex again yeah like Grand valley even if the track doesn't actually run out that far? :)

I'll be away until Friday but will try get abit more practice in to at least get a good qualifying run when I'm back. Gutted I'll miss the top 16 as it will be a great track for twin-battles!
 
No rumble strip this time. Qualifying is next week, although I start my new job on this saturday, so I might miss and have to have someone run this but we will see

I know, on the 12/13th. I'll miss the Sunday though as have a drift event that day.

Its a very nice run in the opposite direction too!

So the CPs are the walls, also at Nr. 5 where you have to get tho whole rear over the curb?

darn that was actually not too shabby lookin'. You did say there was some good runs in that sesh but i forgot to save replay. looks like we hit every CP there and stayed pretty close

As for CP at the 0:20 sec mark in the vid, do we have to run the wall or was the way we did it the right way. To me it feels like running the wall there is kinda a funky setup for the next inside CP unless you take an odd arc towards the wall. but i dunno i only ran the line about 10 times

I find the new section very challenging, after 1 hour of practicing i still can't hold a consistent line in every run.
