Reading the article, this is not an official concept, it's just a rendering made by someone. The article says "would look great in GT" the key word being would.

Having said that, it looks gorgeous to me and its a shame it's not official as it would fit in well with other concepts, the Mercedes being of a similar design. Alfa would, you would think, be a good manufacturer to see a concept for as they have a tradition of producing some gorgeous looking vehicles.
