I'll view the replays. If someone cheats they'll lose their points. If someone does 9 laps on options they can get a grid penalty as well. It's not hard to do :)

alright man I guess ill give it a go its just with all the aids off I just assumed we were going for realism but eithier way Ima go fast, and I hope my competition is as stiff as they come, and we have to fight for every position. should be alot easier to have tough nose to nose racing like that without threat of your tires giving out.

Okay sounds good.^^^^ I'm going to have a test room tonight. About 8:00 pm western time.

Also is that 10 laps a definite on all tracks or will it vary for like nordschleife and longer tracks?

So whens this room going up man? I cant find anyone to run these cars with

Am I late to join as a touring car driver? CR-Z possible? I've seriously always wanted to do a proper, full-length endurance simulation on the Nürburgring etc.

Also, quick questions: Is this a team event (I'm not sure if you edit the welcome post, which I read)? Weather and time on for Nürburg race? Weather on for Spa Francorchamps race? (I'm okay with either, I'm just curious. Oh, and I'm also a dead cat.)

[edit] Finally: Can I have a number #15 CR-Z?

Yeah sure! And yes, Spa, and some of the nurburgring races will be weather change.

Note: I'm going to use a pseudonym/pseudo-location for a little while, until I get everything settled. I can message my real details (location/name) to admins.

So, from what I've seen so far: 295 hp., 1000 kg., racing softs "banned," and no tire wear? (the tire wear's the only saddening bit)

What sorta lap times do people run around Spa in Touring cars?

[Edit] FINAL QUESTION: Are torque figures controlled? I might not use the high range turbo. Nudge nudge.

So, which tires do we switch to? We're running a two compound (Formula 1-like) system? Or, is it just a mandatory pitstop?

I figured they could do hards and mediums, since GT's are doing Softs and mediums. I think we should leave it up to the drivers in the touring car class. Otherwise what's the use for a pit stop?

Cool. I hope we get more TC drivers. Maybe we should limit the amount of GT entries to 10?

Yeah I was thinking about limiting it too. One important thing is that the TC drivers need to move over for the GT cars when they come by.

When we come up on them, we'll be way faster than them. So unless it's in some tricky part of the track, it shouldn't be too hard to lap the TC's.

I just did it on Melancholy. He is a kart driver, so he knows what he's doing. We're going way faster. We have 3 kart drivers here now. Two in TC, and one in GT.
