Hey all,

In an effort to get some more participation in the Weekly Series, I would like to start doing a "Reminder" PM to those that have registered.

But the list is quite long and I'm going to need some help.

So if you would be willing to send out a few PM's to those registered racers and give them a friendly reminder that the weeks race has started, please let me know.

Hopefully if we can get enough volunteers, the list of PM's that we might each send will be a short one.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Once we get a few more people on board, I'll get some lists of racers together that we wil all be responsible for. And if needed, I can make a template PM that we all can use.

Heres the deal fellas...

I think that there are approximatly 77 racers all together.

14 competed last week... this leaves 63 that need reminders.

Then you have those who are competing normally but werent there last week...

At most that leaves each of us (8 in all) about 8 messages to send out each. (at most, infact, not even that many)

So now its a matter of looking at the names which need to be written to.

That I haven't taken note of yet, so good luck, but this will start us off.
 
I think Boom plans to send PM,s to everyone regardless if they are racing frequently..That would make things a whole lot easier
Rather than trying to figure out who's racing a particular race..

I like the sound of this Template doofler ..How does that work ..?
Is it something you type up and send to us by PM and we use the forward button to send it to others.?
 
I think the template will be just what you said... a pm for each of us to forward...

And good call, pm'ing everyone would be easier at the moment.

In that case, its about 10 pm's each.

Lets see if we can get another 3 people so it will be an even 7 for each of us to send out... what ever the case, this looks to be a good idea.

What I'll do is just create a simple PM that we can all use. Or you can just create your won if you wish, it doesn't have to be very detailed. Just mentioning that the next weeks race has started and provide a link to it.

What I'd like to do is just divide up the list of registered drivers between us and then we can just ship out a PM. Since you can send PM's to multiple members, you will only need to compose 1 PM. Easy enough right. ;)
I'll go ahead and divid up the list to those of us that have volunteered already.

Ok, this is how it will bread down. About 7 for each of us. Remember, you only have to make 1 PM, and just enter all your recipients names in the "send to" box, seperated by "," Easy enough.

The PM can read something along these lines.

So this division thing is this how it should look

Is the above the correct format for multiple PM,s.?
Or should it end in "," after the last user.?

Alright, I discovered that you are unable to add more then one person into the recipient line in the PM.

I suggest that you add your list of people to your Buddy List and then you can PM them all at once.
