Do we really need another thread? Especially if it lacks of evidence on why we need it.
 
If this means "please vote for drift tracks or new drift cars or whatever else" then OK that's cool. If it means "please vote for drift trial online and ways to earn credits drifting" then I couldn't possibly care any less :X

Hm. Does any of this feedback even get back to PD, or are we just pouring keystrokes into the void?...

Yes and no. If it is car based leader boards so one for each car than sure, but if it is just one leader board, all you will see is '62 Special.
 
lol, this is drift forum, and still haters get here and bash on Drift.. dont coment if you dont like to drift (probably just suck at it). go and cry in other places.

We do need better Drift support. This guy just meant - all you guys go there on GTP Feedback and vote for "drift suport more", "drift support in online" and others. For now there is NO support from people in votes for Drift.. this is Drift Forum - so all Drift lovers should go and vote, so GT can be not just GT500 game but also a great Drift Game! wee need it! (PS i do love GT500 and all other types of racing, not a fanboy of drift, I just love all motorsports!)

Establish a centerpoint between Drift trial and A-spec.
I'd prefer them to settle on one or the other.
I hate the fact that there are 2 sets of physics.
We need whatever is the most realistic.
-Or please explain why drift trials handles differently.
 
I don't understand how we have lobbies full of drifters and yet have only 163 votes for drift support...

I swear, I think someone rigged the voting booth on that one.

hahah. I'm totally kidding, but if i were to entertain that thought, this is what I would come up with.

Kaz is a racing purist. He tries to keep the cars as closely as he can to their real life counterpart.
Drifting is the wicked step brother of the automotive world.
You have to be loopy in the head to want to put a racing machine sideways around a corner.
I believe that in his mind, this is just a fad, and that he is only slightly supporting it for the so called small market, but sincerely not trying to piss of the racing guys.
You see it all the time..... there are quite a few racers that chime in here bashing drifting.

I think drifting is driving totally evolved.
Tremendous amounts of technique for so many different types of situations.

As long as this is Kaz's game, he'll do whatever he likes.
If I had the means to make a game about something I love, I would cater simply to drifting.
