Oh wow....my ISP went down about half an hour ago and was able to restore connection just now, then I come in here to see PSN doing its magic again.

At least now I can get a bit more sleep.

I was pretty hyped too.
 
PSN has been screwed since last night, so I don't see why we should be that surprised.

So it looks like Quick races were more or less a indicator of how bad PSN has been.

It is a pretty concerning sign. When we first attempted Fuji, it was affecting everything because my PS4 was suffering the same thing. This time, people were having trouble logging in on PS3 and staying logged in while PS4 was fine.

I agree, quick races might as well be warning signs for an impending PSN magic show.

I was checking my connection hours before FP1 and while I could join full open lobbies with zero signal bars like how the VRR rooms are, I could not get into a single quick race, and the one I got into glitched badly after the race finished...

I'd choose a car, then wait for it to find a match and it would just sit there until it said "Connection failed", followed shortly by "You've been disconnected from the server". It even signed me out with that message that tells me I "did not agree to the terms".
