Waaah, this game is too hard, the license tests are too hard the special conditions are too hard the races are too hard why won't the car stay on the track? It's too hard to start, it's too hard to stop and it's too hard to turn! Why doesn't the NAAAAAWS make you go sooooper fast? Nurburgring is TOO NARROW! Suzuka has too many turns in it and Laguna Seca has too much sand! Waaaah, I want it EASY. The cars should stick to the track like glue, and my car should always be way faster, otherwise, what's the point? Waaaaah, why won't my car go where I point it?
I want a game I can finish in 10 hours because I have the attention span of a gnat and the dexterity of a moose on tranquilizers.
Okay, just kidding
I'm at about 80% and I LOVE this game! I just can't believe how many people come here to complain. It's like they want validation for their feelings of inferiority about the game. Guess what? The game doesn't suck, YOU DO. But you can get better.
I started playing the GT series with GT3. It came with my PS2. I tried to play it and I got so frustrated after a week that I just stopped. Came back after a month and the same thing happend. A month later I came back to it, and something just clicked. I got better and better. But look, at no time did I think to myself, "Wow, this game sucks, it's too hard!" I knew other people had done it, I knew it could be done, I knew I was the problem in the equation, and I got better. You can too, but it will take time. If you don't have the time to practice then this probably isn't the game for you. It doesn't mean the game sucks, though. It just means you have neither the proper skills to enjoy the game nor the time to acquire them.
Anyway, sorry for the rant, I haven't had my coffee this morning.
