Wall Collision Sound Bug

anyone else ever experience this, for some reason hitting a wall a certain way will cause the collision sounds to repeat about 50 times a second which makes an annoying buzz and never really goes away without exiting the course, it's pretty rare, happened maybe 3 times since i got the game, wonder if it's been patched?

Yes this has happened to me but it's too early to tell if the patch fixed it because it hardly ever happens.

I got this when I clipped the pointed wall on the last corner of Azur, the car got stuck and then thrown out as it started to happen.
