Wanderers in Tokyo Extreme Racer 3

i have played and played and played, but i can not seem to get any more wanderers to appear in any of the cities that i am able to race without a battle cancel. i know that u have to do certain requirements but i have tried everything...need help
 
Damn! Is it really that hard to just take a look at the sticky threads? I can't understand it. Really not. As hard as I try to imagine how one doesn't look into the PS2 board to ask a PS2 game specific question, I can't.
There's really no offence intended, I just can't see it.

Actually, I was just being stern. Not grumpy at all. I didn't call him an idiot, or something along those lines, I was just pointing out that I am not able to comprehend his approach to this thread. Thank you for caring about my mood, though.
