I've been pondering about entering WMT for a long time but now I've decided I would like to sign up for the next season.
 
I might sign up. It's just hard without having daily internet.
 
Hey, I'd love to get involved with season 3 but I don't know anyone else getting involved. Anyone recommend a team for a wangan noob running a 600pp Lexus IS-F?
 
I'm very interested in wangan but I'm new to it and don't know how to tune for it or what car to choose :sick:

Take a look at the Drivers' List from last season and you'll see the team affiliations as well. You might see someone you recognize, if not then you can always start your own team or just ask to be a part of another. Team Substance's Wangan Division is always open for interim members who're interested in running with us ;)

The main premise is top speed but different cars behave differently and have different powerbands so the tuning is tricky. For inspiration, though, visit TheCardboardBox Tuning (link in my signature) and you'll see a varied selection of Wangan Tunes.

From an R33 to a few number of Mercedes-Benzes, a Shelby Cobra or a C4 Corvette, a Supra or an Esprit. There's something for everyone.

Already finished my basic spreadsheet for tuning and I'll be posting tunes in the following week. Later on I will be updating the thread with a banner I'm waiting on and with a more advanced and eye pleasing spreadsheet style.

Thought I'd test out the Cardboard Box R33 outlaw tune last night when I was on last night. Pretty damn good but my R33 isn't broken in yet so it's only running at 700bhp. What's a good time on SSR7 with a 600pp? I'm just curious.
 
My best time was 4.3x mins with my R34 can't remember excact time tho
