As you probably know by now, the U.S. versions of Gran Turismo 3 do not include the Lamborghini Diablo GT and Porsche 911 
. However, these cars can be unlocked if you buy an Action Replay MAX (like a Gameshark, only better) 
. If you already have an Action Replay MAX, just select "PowerSaves" and then select "Gran Turismo 3" in the menu. Once you do that, download the file onto a memory card without any GT data already on it. Once that's done, load up GT3 with the save file and look in the home garage. Voila, you now have the two cars.
I figured that this would be good to know because it gives U.S. gamers a chance to drive the cars that were not allowed in the final release of GT3. The game save already on the Action Replay MAX also includes most of the bonus cars (in the home garage as well), all courses have gold medals and the licence tests have all been passed with gold medals as well. (By the way there's a code that allows cars to fly in mid-air!)
Unfortunately, the Action Replay MAX costs about $25 to $30 so it probably won't be worth it to spend that much money just to drive two cars in GT3. Plus, the Porsche looks like an RUF with a longer wheelbase (obviously).
I'm not trying to advertise the Action Replay MAX but this is good to know in case you ever decide to get one.
