I was thinking back to school games we used to play and I remembered rebus!! The game is fairly easy, and actually coming up with the puzzles is more difficult. The rules are easy, the poster posts the puzzle and whoever gets it correct posts the next puzzle. Example:
Stand

Answer: I understand
