@OP, the BMW M3 GTR race car is Cr.990k, so people can trade you one after 3/3...

Carlos... that has not been confirmed, as there are some <1 million cars that were untradeable before the restriction was temporarily lifted. Most likely due to these cars having a value of a million, but being less in the UCD because they are used.
