It's a very important point, lot of people ask for 0 / 0 / 0 car, you have check it about this point. Take care, don't say you want to use it when you verify...

If somebody ask's for a car 0/0/0 then it means you have the car but you or the person who sent it to you have not used it for any reason it must have 0 changes 0 mileage and 0 wins that is why he said it was important for you to check genereally if you do not send 0/0/0 when he asked for you to double check then you may not recieve anything in return this is not considered scamming as you have not complied with his wishes clearly stated.
