I have stealth cars, the only way u can get them without buying them is, some 1 gives u some unused codes or they give u there account details and u download them on to ur PS3

Can't you just use your account from your other PS3 and put it on your second PS3, then just download the content from that account since it will let you use an existing account on any PS3?

Well, the cars on my first PS3 are permanently borrowed and as there is a limitation of activated systems (of 5) which can download your stuff I only activated my main system of course.
The cars are related to the system, not the account...
All my accounts on the main system have the DLC cars...
